Mingkwan is a founding partner and serves as the firm’s Financial Director. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing the finances of Tractus and its subsidiaries as well as assisting the management team with business development.

Prior to joining Tractus, Mingkwan was the Financial Controller for Quality Industrial Pumps Co., Ltd., the Thai subsidiary of the US company Gould’s Pumps, a division of ITT International. During her tenure with Quality Industrial Pumps, she held overall financial reporting responsibilities for the Thai subsidiary and also took an active role in day-to-day management of the office and operations.

Before her industrial experience, Mingkwan held the position of Accounting Manager for several foreign-owned trading companies in Thailand, dealing in such diverse areas as agricultural fertilizers, gems and jewelry, sporting equipment, personnel development, and employee performance training.

Mingkwan graduated from Ramkamhaeng University with a B.A. in Accounting and holds a Master’s Degree in Comparative Religion from Mahidol University.
